Dear Customers &Users in Indonesia,


First and foremost, we are sorry to hear about the tsunami happened yesterday morning. We want to express our sincere condolences and blessings to people who might suffer from the disaster. As this tragic disaster might have brought tremendous damage to local people's lives and their industrial manufacturing. We are seriously concerned and would like to offer some help from our perspective. 


Therefore, we decided to make a special after-sales service policy. We will provide free laser maintenance service in the following two months for those whose business and manufacturing were influenced by the tsunami. Any laser damage or problem caused by the disaster could obtain this service.
