通常,影响切割质量的重要工艺参量有切割速度、激光功率、辅助气体、焦点位置、喷嘴特性及材料材质性能等。可见影响激光切割加工因素很多,如果控制不当或参量把握不准,其切割精度和切割质量将会受到很大的影响。

In general, important process parameters that affect the quality of the cutting quality include cutting speed, laser power, shielding gas, focus position, nozzle characteristics, and material properties. It can be seen that there are many factors affecting the laser cutting process. 板材上层条纹及下层拖曳线均过于粗糙

可能原因:

 

【1】喷嘴选择过大;

【2】切割气压过大引起过烧;

【3】切割速度过慢引起过烧或过快导致切割不充分;

 

 

 

 

 

解决方案:

 

【1】更换小口径合适喷嘴,举例16mm碳钢亮面切割使用1.4D喷嘴,20mm碳钢亮面切割使用1.6D喷嘴等;

【2】减少气压改善切割断面质量,一般亮面切割气压需求在0.6~0.8Bar之间。

[1] Nozzle selection is too big;

[2] Excessive cutting pressure causes over-burning;

[3] The cutting speed is too slow, causing excessive burning or too fast, resulting in insufficient cutting;

 

 

 

 

 

Solution

 

[1] Replace small nozzle with suitable nozzle;

[2] Reduce the air pressure to have a brighter face of the cutting edge;

[3] Adjust the cutting speed to a suitable range for the current power;

【1】若要达到断面上下全亮,考虑更换小一号口径喷嘴,例如1.6D更换为1.4D;

【2】喷嘴口径不变的情况下,继续增加正向离焦;

Solution:

 

[1] Replace small nozzle with suitable nozzle;

[2] With the nozzle diameter unchanged, continue to increase positive defocus;

[3] Adjust the cutting speed to a range suitable for the current power ;

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
 

板材断面上层条纹良好

但底部挂渣且影响断面效果

可能原因:

 

【1】正向离焦过大,导致能量不集中形成滞后拖尾;

【2】气压过小导致切割拖尾形成拖曳线滞后产生挂渣;

【3】切割速度过快导致滞后;

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

解决方案:

 

【1】适当减小正向离焦,其余参数不变,观察底部挂渣情况;

【2】适当增加进给气压,可尝试最多增加至1Bar左右,观察情况;

【3】将切割速度调整至当前功率合适的范围(详见锐科激光连续激光器全系列切割参数表)

Possible Reason:

 

[1] The forward defocus is too large, causing the energy to be concentrated and forming a lagging tail;

[2] Air pressure feed error: Too small air pressure causes cutting tail to form drag line lag and slag;

[3]Too fast cutting speed leads to lag;

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Solution:

 

[1] Reduce forward defocus appropriately, the remaining parameters remain unchanged, observe the slagging situation at the bottom;

[2] Increase the feed air pressure appropriately, try to increase it to about 1Bar at most, and observe the situation;

[3] Adjust the cutting speed to a range suitable for the current power ;

【1】负向离焦量过大,导致产生等离子体,产生蓝光并分层;

【2】喷嘴口径过小;

【3】气压进给过大 ;

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

解决方案:

 

【1】减小负向离焦,其余参数不变,观察现象;

【2】更换大一号口径的喷嘴;

【3】适当减小气压进给;

[2] Nozzle diameter is too small;

[3] Air pressure feed is too large;

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Solution:

 

[1] Reduce negative defocus, the remaining parameters remain unchanged, observe the phenomenon;

[2] Replace the nozzles of the larger size;

[3] Reduce air pressure feed appropriately;

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
 

不锈钢中厚板切割时遇到未充分切割情况

【1】喷嘴选择过小;

【2】负向离焦不足;

【1】更换更大口径喷嘴,增加气体流量;

【2】继续增加负向离焦,使切割断面到达底部;

[1] Replace larger nozzles to increase gas flow;

[2] Continue to increase negative defocus to make the cutting section reach the bottom;

不锈钢厚板切割遇到分层现象

调整气压大小和正负离焦量效果均不明显

可能原因:

 

【1】在速度无法得到提升的情况下,激光器能量过于集中,与材料间反应过于剧烈;

【2】喷嘴选型口径过小,导致流量过小;

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

解决方案:

 

【1】保证峰值功率不变的情况下,适当降低频率和占空比,举例50mm不锈钢切割时,速度无法增加的情况下,考虑将频率调整至200Hz左右,占空比在55~65%之前,可得到较好切割效果;

【2】更换更大口径喷嘴,提高气体流量;

[1] When the speed cannot be increased, the laser energy is too concentrated and the reaction with the material is too violent;

[2] The nozzle selection diameter is too small, resulting in too little flow;

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Solution:

 

[1] Under the condition that the peak power is constant, reduce the frequency and the duty cycle appropriately.

[2] Replace larger nozzles to increase gas flow;
